2. Estimates and non-binding pricing

Service estimates (including freight/moving cost estimates) are non-binding unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing for a specific order/arrangement. Final price may change due to details confirmed during scheduling and execution (for example: actual pickup/delivery conditions, route, volume/weight verification, waiting time, access restrictions, special handling, or other factors disclosed at the time of confirmation).

3. Scheduling, transport, and access conditions

We coordinate transportation and service time windows based on information you provide. You must ensure proper access and loading/unloading conditions at the pickup and delivery locations (including clear entry routes, available space for the vehicle, working elevators where required, and compliance with local rules). If access is unsafe, blocked, or does not meet reasonable requirements, we may delay service, adjust the plan, or suspend performance until appropriate conditions are provided by you.

Service timing is dependent on third-party factors (traffic, weather, port/warehouse schedules, and availability of carriers/vehicles). We do not guarantee exact arrival times unless explicitly confirmed for your specific order.

4. Your responsibilities and information accuracy

You agree to provide accurate details when requesting services (addresses, contact information, timing preferences, list/condition of items, and any access or restrictions). If information is inaccurate or incomplete, it may affect timing, price, and feasibility of performance.

5. Availability, quote variability, and changes

We may update or modify the service, availability, and estimated pricing practices. Quotes can vary based on confirmed operational details. We may refuse or suspend a request if we reasonably determine that performance is not feasible or safe.

6. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trevolynch.com is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses arising from delays or changes due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including circumstances related to access conditions, third-party schedules, or information provided by you.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or other liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

7. Consumer protection (distance/online arrangements)

If you enter into a consumer arrangement via the website, we provide information required for such arrangements before or at contract formation, including provider details and key contract terms, and we follow applicable rules on termination/cancellation rights. Applicable legal references: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII and Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII.

When the offer/order flow functions as a public offer, relevant provisions of the Civil Code may apply, including Цивільний кодекс України (in particular, provisions on public offer/offer, including Article 699).

We also ensure compliance with requirements related to the Ukrainian language: Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної".
