We estimate travel time based on the pickup and delivery route across Ukraine. Traffic, border-style checkpoints, and road restrictions can change timing and planning.

Cargo dimensions & weight

We use length, width, height, and weight (and whether it’s packed, strapped, or palletized) to choose the right capacity and secure loading approach.

Volume & space planning

When multiple items share one vehicle, the usable space and how the load is staged affect time and handling complexity.

Loading/unloading complexity

Stairs vs elevator, dock availability, door width, and the loading zone (distance from curb, access for the truck) can increase labor time and equipment needs.

Access checklist
